We partner with major reputable international and regional European carriers, including DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, GLS, and local national postal services. The designated carrier is selected based on the package weight and delivery destination.

Battery Shipping Compliance: Since our digital kitchen scales may include batteries (such as AAA, CR2032, or built-in rechargeable lithium batteries), shipping routes and carriers may be adjusted dynamically to comply with European aviation and overland transport safety regulations. If shipping regulations require, batteries may occasionally be packaged separately or removed, which will be noted in your package.

6. Split Shipments
To optimize fulfillment efficiency and reduce delivery times, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped from different fulfillment nodes. If your order requires multiple packages, you will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.
